FELLA is looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented in-house Senior Graphic Designer to support our brand’s visual identity and digital presence. This role is part-time and based in our cosy Paddington head office.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fashion, beauty, or premium lifestyle brands, with the ability to translate brand identity into elevated, cohesive visual content across all channels.

This role requires exceptional design skills, efficiency in a fast-paced environment, and a deep understanding of branding, digital content, and eCommerce.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the conceptualisation and execution of brand-aligned creative across digital and print.
  • Design and roll out weekly digital content, including email campaigns, website assets, paid marketing ads, organic social content, and digital lookbooks.
  • Create on-brand traditional collateral such as packaging, print materials, and marketing assets.
  • Maintain and evolve the FELLA brand identity, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
  • Design at speed without compromising quality.
  • Create and publish visually compelling content for Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and Facebook.
  • Manage and schedule social media content, including posts, stories, and reels.
  • Liaise with suppliers for packaging, trims, and product design.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, eCommerce, and product teams to develop innovative creative solutions that drive engagement and conversions.
  • Assist with photography and video editing for marketing materials and ecommerce imagery.
  • Own the creative process from concept through to final artwork, retouching, and delivery.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 4+ years of experience in graphic design, ideally within fashion, beauty, or premium consumer brands.
  • Strong working knowledge of Shopify and eCommerce content requirements.
  • Understanding of web optimisation, image specifications, and responsive layouts.
  • Experience in motion graphics, GIF creation, or basic video editing (preferred but not essential).
  • Strong skills in typography, layout, and visual storytelling.
  • Ability to interpret and elevate existing brand guidelines while maintaining consistency.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and explain creative rationale.
  • Highly organised, resourceful, and able to manage multiple deadlines at once.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing relevant work across digital campaigns, brand identity, and eCommerce content.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Premiere Pro/After Effects a bonus
  • Experience with Klaviyo, social media scheduling tools, and email marketing platforms.
  • Strong collaborative skills and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
