1. Promoter

The promoter is FELLA Pty. Ltd., trading as Fella Swim , ABN 45 157 750 788.

2. Competition Period

The competition opens at 9:00 AM AEDT on 10 October 2026 and closes at 11:59 PM AEDT on 7 November 2026 . Entries received outside the Competition Period will not be eligible.

3. Eligibility

Entry is open internationally, users aged 18 years or older, excluding employees of the Promoter and their immediate family members. The Promoter reserves the right to request proof of identity. This competition is open to entrants in the AU, ASIA, and NZ shipping zones only.

4. How to Enter

To enter, eligible participants must:

a. Sign up to the Fella Swim Australia mailing list through the designated competition entry page during the Competition Period.
b. Provide a valid email address and any other information required on the entry form.
Participants may receive one additional bonus entry by voluntarily providing a valid mobile phone number through the designated competition entry page.

Each participant may receive a maximum of two entries: one standard entry for subscribing to the mailing list and one bonus entry for providing a mobile phone number.

No purchase is necessary to enter. Entries must be submitted by the participant and must not be fraudulent, duplicated or generated through automated means.

5. Prize

One winner will receive a $1,000 AUD Fella Swim digital gift card.

The gift card is redeemable in accordance with the applicable gift card terms and conditions, which will be provided to the winner.

The gift card is not redeemable for cash, except where required by law, and cannot be transferred or exchanged for another prize.

Any applicable expiry date, redemption restrictions or exclusions will be disclosed to the winner before the prize is issued and must comply with applicable law.

The prize must be redeemed in a single transaction and cannot be split across multiple orders.

6. Winner Selection

One winner will be selected through a random electronic draw from all valid entries received during the Competition Period.

The winner will be notified by email within seven (7) days after the competition closes.

Each valid entry will have an equal chance of being selected.

The winner may also be announced on the official Fella Swim website or social media channels, subject to applicable privacy requirements.

7. Claiming the Prize

The winner must respond to the Promoter within seven (7) days of notification to claim the prize and provide any reasonable information required to verify their eligibility.

If the selected winner does not respond within this period, is found to be ineligible or cannot reasonably be contacted, the Promoter may conduct a redraw, subject to applicable law.

8. Marketing and Privacy

By signing up to the Fella Swim Australia mailing list through the competition entry page, participants agree to receive marketing emails from Fella Swim, provided that the sign-up process clearly communicates this consent.

Providing a mobile phone number for a bonus entry does not, by itself, constitute consent to receive SMS marketing. Separate, clearly presented consent must be obtained where required.

Participants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe facility provided.

Unsubscribing from marketing communications after entering will not invalidate an otherwise valid competition entry.

Personal information collected in connection with the competition will be handled in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy, and applicable privacy laws.

Personal information will be used to administer the competition, verify entries, contact the winner and send marketing communications where appropriate consent has been obtained. It will not be sold to third parties.

9. General Conditions

The Promoter reserves the right to verify entries, disqualify participants who breach these Terms & Conditions and take reasonable steps to protect the integrity of the competition.

If circumstances beyond the Promoter's reasonable control prevent the competition from being conducted as intended, the Promoter may modify, suspend or cancel the competition to the extent permitted by law.

The Promoter is not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete or not received due to technical issues beyond its reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable legislation.

10. Social Media Disclaimer

If the competition is promoted on Instagram, Facebook or another social media platform, it is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with that platform unless expressly stated otherwise.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are subject to the laws applicable in Australia and any relevant state or territory requirements.

By entering the competition, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
