FELLA does not accept refunds for change of mind. We are happy to facilitate a store credit or exchange upon receiving the goods back in their original condition. Item/s must be returned within 14 days of delivery. Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned for exchange, unless deemed faulty by our team.

International orders may be subject to additional taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. FELLA cannot be held responsible for any of these fees incurred, therefore the recipient is liable.
